Cancellation, No-Show, and Late Arrival Policy
At Kharma Beauty Lounge, we are committed to providing exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have implemented the following policies:
1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
2. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a fee of 100% of the total service cost.
3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your stylist has the discretion to either:
Charge a late fee of 20% of your total service cost, which will be added to your appointment price.
Cancel your appointment and consider it a no-show, in which case the no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will apply.
Our schedules are all time-based, and showing up late means that our next client will also be delayed if we proceed with your service. We appreciate your understanding of how this impacts everyone’s experience.
4. Rebooking: All fees must be paid in full before you can rebook any future appointments.
5. Payment: If you do not have a card on file, an invoice will be sent to you for the applicable fees. This invoice must be paid in full before rebooking.
